The purpose of the present study is to use analytic hierarchy process for ranking the effective factors on production of electronic brand, to use the DEMATEL method to find the intensity of influence of effective factors on production of electronic brand, and to use the TOPSIS method for ranking the five banks including Saman Bank, Sarmayeh Bank, Parsian Bank, Pasargad Bank, EN Bank in Iran. From the analytic hierarchy process results, we understood that “the security and easy to use” is the most important effective factors on production of electronic brand. The results of DEMATEL method showed that “quality of relationship with customer and reputation” is the most influence and the strongest connection to other criteria. Finally, the results of DEMATEL method indicated that EN Bank and Saman Bank were regarded as the best banks

A Comparison of the REMBRANDT System with a New Approach in AHP

Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has been criticized considerably for possible rank reversal phenomenon caused by the addition or deletion of an alternative. While in many cases this is a perfectly valid phenomenon, there are also many cases where ranks should be preserved. Our findings indicate that using the geometric mean reduces the variance in ratings substantially; hence, yielding lower inconsistency in ratings. An approach is therefore proposed using the geometric mean aggregation to avoid rank reversal phenomenon. A practical example is examined using the proposed approach to demonstrate its validity and racticability in rank preservation. This paper also compares the REMBRANDT system with the proposed approach to avoid rank reversal phenomenon

Influence of fuzzy Goal Programming in Production Optimization Case study: Cement Industry

Using the mathematic techniques such as Fuzzy approach has useful outcomes for production planning in different sources. In this paper LGP1 was used to model the objectives such as: avoidance of shortage or surplus of demand, access to maximum of income, using the normal capacity of production and organizing the inventory of warehouse, within the framework of Goal constraints like balancing between demand and inventory, rate of production within every period and the constraints of threshold of inventory at the end of every month. On these lines, the goal programming is one of the best methods for analyzing the multi objective decision making in cement industry management. The most principal disadvantage of goal programming is that all the parameters of model should be defined carefully and all of the objectives and constraints should certainly be determined. For taking over on this problem we introduced the Fuzzy concept. In this research, the mathematic goal programming model in the cement industry is modeled by Fuzzy and absolute approach. This research is intended to answer this question, which one presents the optimal solution for production process planning, Fuzzy or absolute approach? The necessity information to do this research is obtained with using field methods, desk surveys, observations, factory documents, and interviews or questionnaires. In this article we use GP to formulize, AHP2 for grading and weighting and LINGO for solving. Afterwards, the data are entered in the formula modeled before and are solved using LINGO software

Purpose: With the increase of problems and the complexity of organizations, the need to provide better solutions and use more powerful tools of strategic planning is evident because managers with strategic thinking and a better understanding of the strategic plan will perform more effectively. It can be said that strategic thinking is considered as a supplement to strategic planning, a suitable approach to "leadership" of the organization and can help in systematically dealing with problems, understanding opportunities, optimal allocation of scarce resources and achieving the desired results. In view of this importance, the current research aims to design a strategic thinking competence assessment model with the approach of developing organizational flexibility in National Gas Company of Iran. Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and was done with qualitative approach based on grounded theory method. Sampling of the research was done using snowball method (chain reference). For this purpose, qualitative data was collected, which led to the identification of many aspects of the phenomenon and the possibility of developing a conceptual research model. The data collection method is library studies, perusal of high-level documents, and in-depth and open interviews. The statistical population of this research consisted of specialists and experts in the field of management and strategic thinking, of whom 12 people were investigated. In the process of conducting this research, the interviews continued until theoretical saturation was observed. Findings: The findings showed that six main categories are effective on the evaluation of strategic thinking with an organizational flexibility approach, which are: foresight, strategic determination, systemic attitude, innovation and creativity. The results show that the validity of the model is confirmed and the six obvious variables (six dimensions) explain the latent variables of strategic thinking competency assessment. According to the direction of all the relations between the manifest variables and the latent ones, , all the relations are aligned and direct. Conclusion: According to the amount of standardized factor loadings, the dimension "Foresight (AN)", with a factor loading of 0.88, is the most reliable indicator belonging to evaluation measurement

Proper risk assessment and management are considered important issues in design improvement. This tendency has been due to the continuing uncertainty of the global economy and the advancement of information technology. Despite the most important and valuable benefits, developed design topics are more vulnerable and can expose the organization to higher levels of risk. Achieving sustainability is recognized as a growing and effective strategy to meet today's global design challenges. Design in the oil, gas and petrochemical industry is important due to its characteristics and high risk in different countries, especially Iran, due to its different effects on the environmental dimension. The issue of identifying and evaluating design risks has also been neglected in recent research. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate design risks in Iran’s oil, gas and petrochemical industry. The present research is descriptive-survey and is qualitative and quantitative in terms of technique and data used. Based on the literature review, 13 risk factors affecting the design were identified, in two stages, in-depth interviews were conducted with the opinions of experts, and by collecting opinions through a questionnaire, and 10 key risk factors were finally confirmed. In the first stage, the validity of the questionnaire was finally confirmed based on the opinions of 5 experts and in the second stage, using the opinions of 8 experts in this industry. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the risk questionnaire is higher than 0.7, which indicates the reliability of the research tool. According to the research findings, two factors such as weak technology / knowledge sustainability and environmental pollution, compared to other risk factors, have a higher priority in design projects in Iran's oil, gas and petrochemical industry. It is suggested that industry owners take serious and continuous measures in the field of "improving the level of process knowledge"

Today, the organization and industries are facing with global competition. Organizations should manufacture their products in a world class level to become successful in global competition and they have to be more integrated at the level of organization partners as well as supply chain. In this article, World Class Manufacturing (WCM) factors have been identified by using fuzzy Delphi Method. Dimensions and components related to integrated supply chain have also been extracted from subject literatures. They include: internal integration, supplier integration and customer integration. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) has been used to categorize and characterize the priorities related to improvement of supply chain integration (SCI) for achieving (WCM). We used opinions of 200 experts comprising managers and politicians of Iranian domestic appliance industry as well as research final model to identify optimal strategies for managing all factors. According to the outputs of IPA matrix, final ranking of all SCI factors were identified to help managers optimally allocate resources. Results show that having stable purchasing system with main suppliers, integrated system among internal departments, level of sharing information with suppliers and information sharing systems with customers are all considered as the most important factors to improve SCI for achieving WCM in the selected industr

Measuring Customer Satisfaction Using Multi-Criteria Analysis Model of Customer Satisfaction to Evaluate Product Lines (Case Study: Kaveh Glass Industrial Group)

Today, customer retention and growth is the first goal. Companies have taken a heavy toll on each customer, and competitors are constantly seeking to steal them. Satisfied customers have many benefits for the company, they are less sensitive to prices, will be a customer for a long period of time, and give a favorable view of the company and its products and services to others. Paying attention to the factors that are less important from the customer's point of view and evaluating these factors leads to spending resources in areas that have less impact on customer behavior, so understanding the factors that have the greatest impact on customer satisfaction to the organization to move in this will help. In this study, we intend to use the operational data of the lines and customer satisfaction scales to evaluate the relative efficiency of product lines using the network data envelopment analysis method. In order to achieve this goal and quantify the data obtained from the questionnaire, another linear programming method called multi-criteria satisfaction analysis will be used. Another innovation of this research is the application of customer expectations in the data envelopment analysis mole because most researchers that focus on quality do not consider this component in their evaluation model. The results indicate that the distribution system is the most effective factor and resources and supply is the most effective factor affecting customer satisfaction
